The City of North St. Paul along with the North St. Paul Business Association is hosting the City’s annual Fall Round Up Parade on Thursday, September 23 at 6:30 p.m. along 7th Ave. E. in downtown North St. Paul. The parade, which was canceled last year due to the COVID-19 pandemic is back this year with a record-breaking number of participating units. The community is invited to visit historic downtown North St. Paul and enjoy the parade featuring local marching bands, clowns, several units from the Osman Shriners, distinguished royalty and other community groups. The parade concludes at the North Star Museum of Boy Scouting and Girl Scouting where the Salvation Army will serve complimentary treats to all parade participants and attendees.
